Shipping Policies

The Campus Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 3-5 working days. During August or January, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.


Textbook Refund Policy

A FULL SEMESTER CLASS-You may return any textbook purchased at The Campus Bookstore for a full refund without a withdrawal slip within the first two weeks of the semester in which it was purchased. After this period and through the official drop date listed in the Zane State College or OUZ general catalog or schedule, you must present a valid withdrawal slip in addition to meeting the conditions listed under CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS.

A TWO THROUGH TEN WEEK CLASS-You may return any textbook purchased at The Campus Bookstore for a full refund without a withdrawal slip within the first week after the class begins. After this period and through the official drop date listed in the Zane State College or OUZ general catalog or schedule you must have a withdrawal slip in addition to meeting the conditions listed under CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS.

A ONE WEEK CLASS-You may return any textbook purchased at The Campus Bookstore for a full refund without a withdrawal slip within the first 24 hours after a class begins. After this period and through the official drop date listed in the Zane State College or OUZ general catalog or schedule you must have a withdrawal slip in addition to meeting the conditions listed under CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS.

    CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
  • The textbook must still be in a salable condition. New books must be completely clean and unmarked in any way. We will not give refunds on new books that have been damaged by any type of liquid, have been highlighted or written in, or have bent or damaged corners, covers, or pages. Any books purchased shrink-wrapped must be returned in the original unopened shrink-wrap. We will not give refunds on used textbooks that are damaged by any type of liquid and/or have missing covers or pages.
  • Your return must be accompanied by the cash register receipt, which was given to you at the time you purchased your book. No exceptions.
  • Refunds will be given in the same tender as purchased on. If purchased by check, there will be a 10 day waiting period for refunds.
